The Future Earth Philippines Program (FEPP), Bicol Consortium for Health Research and Development (BCHRD), and Metro Manila Health Research and Development Consortium (MMHRDC) is organizing a Consultation Workshop on Nature-based Health Products Research and Development Program for Bicol Region to be hosted by Ateneo De Naga University on October 17-18, 2019.
The consultation workshop will be facilitated by the team of Dr. Lourdes J. Cruz of Future Earth Philippines Program (FEPP) under the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) with the goal to improve the country’s capacity to attain the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs). Their strategy is to establish Knowledge to Action Programs that will effectively translate relevant knowledge for the achievement of the Philippine environmental, social and economic sustainability for the benefit of all its citizens. The program also aims to structure the research training of the participants who work on Nature-based Health Products and capacitate the region’s researchers.
