About Us

The Bicol Consortium for Health Research and Development was established in 2007 as the recognized regional mechanism for coordinating, integrating, and strengthening health research and development initiatives in the Bicol Region. The consortium is composed of member institutions, including but not limited to higher education institutions, government agencies, health service providers, research organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
