RHRDC

What proposals may qualify?

Research proposals that will be reviewed by the BCHRD and PCHRD are those which address priority health problems/issues identified in the Regional Unified Health Research Agenda (RUHRA) and/or National Unified Health Research Agenda (NUHRA) of the Philippine National Health Research System (PNHRS). The proposals should also have a budgetary requirement not exceeding FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00), and have a duration of six months to one-year.

 

Who may apply?

Regular staff and faculty members of research institutes, medical and paramedical schools, hospitals and other health related agencies may submit proposals to the RHRDC, properly endorsed by the head of the agency. Likewise, medical residents of hospitals may submit proposals provided that he or she will be working under the supervision of a more experienced researcher affiliated in the same institution.

The proponent should submit the following requirements 1. Title 2. Background and Rationale 3. Review of Related Literature 4. Objectives 5. Significance of the Study 6. Methodology 7. Expected Output and Method of Dissemination 8. Potential Users of Research Findings 9. Time Frame 10. Budget 11. Reference List/ Literature Cited. Clearances: Biosafety Clearance (if applicable), Institutional Animal Care and Use Clearance (if applicable), Ethics Clearance (for studies involving human subjects), Informed Consent Form, Case Report Form (if applicable) Download the detailed proposal format HERE.

HEALTH RESEARCH TRAINING (BICOL HEART) 

 

What is BICOL HeaRT?

A series of training and mentoring to the researcher. A scholarship program designed to create quality researches for funding and publication focusing on three agenda's/topic for proposal  the Health Service, DRR and CCA, and Drug Discovery. 

 

Who may apply?

Only the member institutions and agency can apply for this scholarship training, properly endorsed by the head of the agency.

BICOL ONE SYSTEM FOR HEALTH RESEARCH ENVIRONMENT (B1OSHARE)

 

What is B1OSHARE?

A program that provides resources to establish strategic research support system in the region. It aims to help institutions, researcher to do their research properly. A one-stop center that provides a good environment for researcher. 

 

What services do B1OSHARE provide?

Provide free trainings and mentorship for BASIC RESEARCH ETHICS TRAINING, SOP WORKSHOP, GOOD CLINICAL PRACTICE TRAINING, RESEARCH EVALUATION TRAINING, and TRAINING ON PUBLICATION.

 

Who may apply?

Any institutions and agency can apply for this training, a formal letter/letter of intent must be send to BCHRD.
